Merchants may request to claim an imported or submitted business profile. Claim approval can require manual review, domain matching, phone verification, documentation, or other evidence of authority.
Claimed merchants are responsible for keeping business details, contact information, photos, descriptions, offers, and replies accurate and lawful. Merco Local may revoke access, transfer ownership, or return a profile to review if a claim appears stale, disputed, misleading, or abusive.
Merchant-submitted content should not infringe third-party rights or include misleading pricing, unavailable offers, unsafe instructions, or prohibited claims.
